The digital asset deposit and withdrawal service will be temporarily suspended due to regular due diligence on digital assets and deposits. Please refer to the details below.

Suspension Schedule

• Digital asset deposit and withdrawal suspension period: 2026-03-31 (Tue) 20:00 ~ 2026-04-01 (Wed) 08:00

Scope of Impact

• During the suspension period, the digital asset deposit and withdrawal service will be unavailable.

  • If you need to make a deposit or withdrawal, please do so in advance before the suspension time.

• During the suspension period, the digital asset deposit return process will be temporarily suspended and will be processed sequentially after deposit and withdrawal services resume.

• During the suspension period, staking applications will not be possible.

  • However, validators operated by Upbit will not be affected and will operate normally.

• During the suspension period, NFT deposit/withdrawal and instant sale via MetaMask functions will be suspended.

Important Notes

• The deposit and withdrawal suspension time may be earlier or later than scheduled, and we will provide a separate notice upon completion.

• For digital asset deposits and withdrawals, services will resume sequentially, starting with some digital assets.

• If any changes occur, we will provide further notice through this announcement.
