An analysis has emerged stating that for Shiba Inu (SHIB) to reach $0.01, it would require a market capitalization more than twice the entire value of the cryptocurrency market. Among investors, there is a growing call to maintain realistic sobriety.
According to The Crypto Basic, a specialized cryptocurrency media outlet, crypto analyst Sjimanski analyzed that for Shiba Inu to reach $0.01, its market capitalization would need to soar to approximately $5.89 trillion. This means it would need to increase by more than double the entire virtual asset market value of $2.55 trillion.
Sjimanski pointed to the supply as the biggest obstacle to price increases. Currently, Shiba Inu's circulating supply is approximately 589.16 trillion SHIB. As of the reporting time, the price is $0.000006020. The market capitalization is around $3.54 billion. The explosive upward momentum from 2021 has largely weakened.
Large-scale token burning events, which were key to past price surges, are also absent. In 2021, Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum (ETH), burned a massive amount. However, the current burn rate is negligible compared to that time. With a large number of early investors leaving, the prevailing assessment is that community cohesion is not what it used to be.
Internal issues also lower the possibility of reaching 1 cent. Discord within the development team and the continued anonymity of key developers hinder capital inflow. Sjimanski asserted that reaching $0.01 is virtually impossible with the current supply structure. Even if a bull market comes, strategies must be based on realistic market indicators.
Shiba Inu's future trajectory depends on substantial supply reduction. Innovative burning mechanisms and strong community rebuilding must precede this. The goal of 1 cent is expected to remain a huge economic mountain to overcome.
