Blockchain security firm SlowMist warned via X that a high-risk information-stealing malware 'MacSync Stealer (v1.1.2)' targeting macOS users is being distributed. This malware targets cryptocurrency wallets, browser-saved credentials, system keychains, and infrastructure keys such as SSH, AWS, and K8s. SlowMist advised, "Do not run macOS scripts from unknown sources and be especially cautious of unexpected system password input requests."
