CoinDesk reported that Ondo Finance (ONDO) has partnered with Nasdaq-listed fintech company Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) to provide voting rights exercise and disclosure viewing functions for stock token and ETF holders issued on its platform. It is now possible to view disclosures through a cryptocurrency wallet and exercise voting rights via ProxyVote. Ondo stated, "This measure is intended to compensate for the lack of governance participation rights in stock tokens, unlike traditional stocks, and the opinions submitted by token holders will be exercised through the underlying assets held by Ondo."
