According to Eleanor Terrett, he told reporters that he would strongly request to schedule the markup. Senator Tillis indicated that consultations with stakeholders are nearing completion and stated that he would disclose specific amendments just before the review. Regarding the controversial issues of software developer liability and law enforcement, he expressed support for the proposal by Senator Cynthia Lummis, a prominent pro-crypto figure, suggesting that the bill is being refined in a direction favorable to the industry.
