The court suspended the effect of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)'s 6-month partial business suspension order against Bithumb. Yonhap News reported that, as a result, Bithumb can continue its operations as before for the time being. Previously, the FIU had issued a 6-month partial business suspension order to Bithumb for reasons such as Bithumb conducting virtual asset transfer transactions with unregistered overseas virtual asset service providers. Bithumb challenged this disposition and filed for an injunction along with a lawsuit for cancellation.
