Iran's Foreign Minister Araghchi stated that the situation in the Strait of Hormuz clearly shows that a political crisis cannot be resolved by military means. He added that negotiations are making progress amid Pakistan's active mediation efforts, and emphasized that the United States must be vigilant not to fall back into a quagmire by forces with impure intentions, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) should also be vigilant. Minister Araghchi also criticized the U.S. 'Freedom Plan' as "nothing more than a plan to create a stalemate."
