Cryptocurrency asset manager Bitwise announced that it will acquire the Superstate fund USTB on June 1 (local time). The fund will be renamed 'Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund', and the existing Superstate blockchain infrastructure will be maintained. The current assets under management for USCC are approximately $267 million.
