A joint proposal to release approximately $71 million worth of ETH frozen by the Arbitrum (ARB) Security Council following the Kelp DAO exploit has been passed. As a result, rsETH collateral recovery efforts are expected to accelerate. This proposal was jointly submitted by Aave (AAVE) Labs, Kelp DAO, LayerZero (ZRO), and others.
