Aptos (APT) announced via X that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Netstars, a Japanese QR code payment service provider, for the development of stablecoin and Web3 payment applications. Netstars plans to explore ways to integrate Aptos' blockchain infrastructure into its existing payment systems.
