Joshua Riezman, Chief Legal and Strategy Officer at cryptocurrency market-making firm GSR, stated that there is less than a 50% chance that the CLARITY Act, a cryptocurrency regulatory bill, will be presented to the President in the current congressional session. According to The Block, he said, "The probability is currently less than 50%. But it's not 0%." He further explained, "It's not just about stablecoin interest. Both parties have questions about President Donald Trump and his family's involvement in the cryptocurrency industry. Whether this issue will be addressed in the bill itself creates additional complexity." He emphasized, "If it doesn't pass this session, the timing of its passage is highly likely to be significantly delayed."
