Layer 1 blockchain Sui (SUI) announced via its official blog that it plans to launch 'Sui Spheres,' a controlled execution environment for multi-party workflows. In this regard, Sui explained, "While most institutional workflows cannot run in a fully public environment, a completely private system creates silos. Sui Spheres offers a middle ground, enabling participants to collaborate in a controlled environment while maintaining interoperability. Spheres incorporate selective visibility and restricted participation as core design elements, yet can connect to the Sui ecosystem if needed. It is still in its early stages, with Sui Spheres' design being developed with a small number of partners. There is a clear demand and discussions are underway, and we are ready to expand further."
