Bloomberg ETF expert analyst Eric Balchunas reported that BlackRock submitted the third amendment to its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF application (S-1) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He added, "According to the document submitted by BlackRock, the management fee for this ETF product has not yet been set. Considering it's already the third amendment, they are clearly refining the document. It seems they are trying to launch it before Goldman Sachs' Bitcoin ETF is released."
