Bithumb's Lee Jung-hoon Wins 12 Billion Won Lawsuit Regarding Failed BXA Coin Listing...Appeals Court Also Rules in His Favor

Chosun Biz reported that Lee Jung-hoon, the founder of Bithumb and former chairman of Bithumb Holdings, won the appeal in a 12 billion won damages lawsuit related to the 'failed listing of Bithumb Coin (BXA)' that arose during the 2018 sale of Bithumb shares. The court ruled that it was difficult to consider that Lee's side had guaranteed the listing of BXA coin on Bithumb.
