Changpeng Zhao, founder of Binance, appeared on a podcast and commented, "The current price correction in the crypto market is part of a normal 4-year cycle," adding, "A correction of about 50% seen in this cycle is not uncommon." He explained, "In the last cycle, corrections reaching 80% also occurred. From a long-term perspective, Bitcoin is still up about 5 times compared to its low point four years ago, and both the highs and lows are rising higher than before with each cycle." He also emphasized that he is maintaining long-term investment in the cryptocurrency industry, stating, "There is no exit for me from the crypto market." He cited the change in the U.S. government's attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry as the biggest difference in this cycle compared to the corrections in 2018 and 2022. He diagnosed, "Four years ago, the U.S. government took a suppressive stance on the crypto industry, whereas now it is actively pursuing regulatory frameworks and discussions, and other countries are following this trend."
