The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) officially expressed its support for the U.S. CLARITY Act bill, according to Eleanor Terrett, host of crypto policy publication Crypto in America, who shared the news on X. NOBLE became the first major law enforcement agency to publicly support the CLARITY Act, which includes the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA). In a letter sent to U.S. Senate leadership, NOBLE stated, "The bill contains several provisions that will substantially strengthen the investigative capabilities of law enforcement agencies while preserving existing criminal enforcement powers."
