As a result, POLA's transaction support is scheduled to end on Bithumb at 3 PM on the 6th as planned. According to the media, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the injunction on the 2nd, stating, "It is difficult to see that the right to be preserved has been sufficiently demonstrated to the extent that the effect of the decision to terminate transaction support in this case can be suspended by an injunction prior to the main judgment, based solely on the materials submitted by the creditor (DCompany Global)."
