Cointelegraph reported that OKX Ventures and HashKey have invested in CAEX, a cryptocurrency platform based on the ecosystem of Vietnam's VPBank, joining as shareholders. Bolstered by this investment, CAEX plans to secure a minimum capital of 10 trillion VND (approximately $380 million), a prerequisite for participating in the local cryptocurrency exchange pilot program. Vietnamese authorities plan to allow only five companies to operate exchanges in this 5-year pilot program.
