The media stated, "The suspect attempted to enter the country using a fake Paraguayan passport but was caught by airport authorities. According to the investigation, he attracted funds by promising high returns to investors through a cryptocurrency platform, and then blocked all withdrawals. The estimated damage is approximately $49.4 million." The Argentine government is currently proceeding with the extradition of the suspect to Nigeria.
