Volo, a SUI-based liquid staking protocol, announced via X that "an exploit attack this morning resulted in approximately $3.5 million in damages, including WBTC, XAUm, and USDC." It added, "Upon detecting the attack, we immediately notified the SUI Foundation and ecosystem partners and froze the affected vaults to prevent further damage. The damage was limited to three specific vaults, and no common attack vectors were found with the remaining vaults. Approximately $28 million deposited in the other vaults remains safe. We will do our best not to pass on the losses to our users."
