Fed Chair Powell: "Current interest rates at upper end of neutral range…somewhat restrictive"

Jerome Powell, Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed), stated that the current interest rate level is at the upper end of the neutral rate range and is somewhat restrictive. He added, "We can watch the situation, see how things evolve, and then act."
