Tether, the issuer of USDT, the world's largest stablecoin, announced on its official website that "Tether Investments will cast its shares as a 'yes' vote on October 29 (local time) for the merger of Twenty One Capital, a Bitcoin strategic reserve listed company, and Strike, a Bitcoin financial services provider, as well as the proposal for the merged company to merge with Electron Energy, a large-scale Bitcoin mining platform." Tether added, "If a series of merger transactions are completed, the financial condition, business profitability, and acceleration of Bitcoin adoption can be improved. Also, if the merger is successful, we will recommend Raphael Zagury, founder and CEO of Electron, as president."
