Nine Texas residents in the U.S. have filed a lawsuit against Mara Holdings, citing noise, health impacts, and decreasing property values, Decrypt reported. They claim that Mara Holdings' Bitcoin mining facility generates continuous noise, vibrations, and low-frequency noise, disrupting their daily lives and harming their health. They are seeking over $1 million in damages and have requested a jury trial. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
