Warren emphasized on X, "Republican members of the Senate Banking Committee have unveiled an amendment to the Clarity Act. The amendment could further deepen the massive conflict of interest issues that Trump and his family are gaining through cryptocurrency businesses. No bill should pass the Senate Banking Committee unless it includes substantial ethical guardrails." The Clarity Act will undergo deliberation and a vote (markup) by the Senate Banking Committee on the 14th at 23:30 (Korean time). Warren and other Democratic senators have consistently demanded that the Clarity Act include provisions to prevent conflicts of interest for high-ranking public officials.
