Exchange Art, a Solana (SOL)-based digital art marketplace, announced via X that it will terminate its service on August 1. The project stated, "The prolonged downturn in the on-chain art market has made it difficult to sustain the business. Until the service termination, works and funds deposited in sales and escrow contracts will be returned to their rightful owners. All works are minted on the Solana blockchain and can be transferred to other marketplaces," advising users to access their accounts and secure necessary information before the service ends. Meanwhile, Exchange Art was acquired by Bonk (BONK), a Solana-based memecoin, in May last year.
