Arbitrum (ARB) announced via its official X account that it has frozen 30,765 ETH ($71.05 million) held by a Kelp DAO hacker (starting with 0x5d3919) on Arbitrum One. Previously, ETH had been transferred from the aforementioned address to a deliberately created vanity address by padding zeroes at the front.
