The XRP Ledger is accelerating its network scalability, creating an average of over 80,000 new wallets each month since the beginning of this year.
According to the cryptocurrency media outlet The Crypto Basic on April 24 (local time), the XRP Ledger recorded an average of 86,000 new wallets per month in 2026, demonstrating a strong influx of users.
Detailed data analysis shows that 84,568 new wallets were created in January, 79,099 in February, and 96,437 in March. In April, over 85,000 wallets have also been newly added so far, maintaining consistent activity. Thanks to this rapid growth, the total number of XRP accounts has exceeded 5.15 million, significantly expanding the ecosystem's reach.
Experts evaluated that despite various regulatory environment changes surrounding Ripple, the technical competitiveness of the XRP Ledger is a key factor attracting new users. In particular, low transaction fees and fast processing speeds are gaining favor among real users, increasing the overall network utilization rate.
Transaction volume and the number of active addresses within the network also remain at historically high levels, supporting the robustness of the ecosystem. The continuous increase in new wallets suggests not just a recovery in investor sentiment, but also a rise in actual network utilization cases.
The expansion of the user base is expected to positively impact XRP's liquidity enhancement and value stability in the future. The XRP Ledger, which is solidifying its position as a global payment infrastructure, plans to continue network growth through linkage with various financial services.
