The CLARITY Act creates a regulatory framework that does not yet exist in the cryptocurrency sector. The CLARITY Act incorporates the cryptocurrency industry within the U.S. into a regulatory framework to benefit American consumers." The CLARITY Act is scheduled for deliberation and vote (markup) by the Senate Banking Committee at 11:30 PM (Korean time) on the 14th, approximately 30 minutes later. The committee is composed of 13 Republican seats and 11 Democratic seats, and 13 votes are needed to pass the Senate stage. As of now, it is anticipated that the Republicans will likely proceed alone.
